The Journey Jewelry is not held responsible after a shipment has been scanned into the post office. Any order that has gotten lost, stolen, or broken during shipment, needs to be taken up with your local post office.
All sales are final and no refunds are given unless a customer received the wrong order.

We aim to deliver as fast as possible to our customers. For UAE, deliveries will take within 3-5 business days. For international deliveries, please allow up to a maximum of 2 weeks. This is subject to change during high volume season (holidays etc).
